Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on blank garments only under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Original packaging must be included

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Bulk and wholesale blank orders are final unless the goods are faulty.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit by default.
Store credit can be used on any future Koa Goods purchase and does not expire.

Refunds

Refunds to the original payment method are not automatic.
Refunds may be approved at our discretion or where required by law.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Faulty Items

If your blank garments arrive with a manufacturing fault or defect:

• Please notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on bulk or wholesale orders.
Returns on standard blank orders are subject to approval and may incur restocking fees which we are charged by our distribution partners. 

Final Notes

Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be declined and sent back at the customer’s expense.
