Koa Goods provides blank apparel and related products to both retail and wholesale customers. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or supply limitations.

Once an order has been confirmed or approved, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. For wholesale or bulk orders, pricing is provided via quote and is valid only for the period specified.

Blank Garments

Blank garments are supplied as is. Minor variations in colour, fabric, sizing, or finish may occur between production runs and are considered normal within the apparel industry.

Returns and refunds for blank garments are governed by our Refund Policy.

Custom Orders

Custom printed, embroidered, or made to order products are final sale.

Approval of artwork, mockups, samples, or specifications constitutes acceptance of the final product.

Faults and Claims

Any issues with orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Clear photos and order details are required for assessment. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Koa Goods is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, branding, and designs is the property of Koa Goods and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koa Goods is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
